This class provides information of programming the DSX series telephone systems. It walks an installer through the steps needed to get a DSX up and running for a customer. Topics include: naming stations, CO Line configuration, feature key configuration, and more.

Recommended pre-requisite: 102 -HAI PC Access 3.0 Setup This class focuses on the Automation Programming section of HAI’s PC Access 3.0. We review the structure of a programming block and than review each trigger, command and conditional available in a programming line. This class establishes the foundation for creating an HAI program.
