Watercolor school training courses in El Paso, TX (public, in-house or online)

This class will familiarize the students with the basics of
the watercolor medium. Students will experiment with
flowing color in graded, blended, and flat washers, as
well as learn some "special effects." Focus will be on
understanding both the materials and basic painting
techniques. Students purchase own supplies.

Techniques of water media will be demonstrated including wet into wet, dry brush, creating texture, glazing and collage. Techniques will then be applied to color and design theory information.
