The 50-hour Conversational English course of study is
designed to advance the oral English skills of students
in the workplace. The emphasis is on spoken business
communications and formal presentations.

The 100-hour English course of study is designed to
advance the English language skills of students in the
workplace to promote oral and written business English
and to enhance student’s interviewing skills. Emphasis is
on business communications and computer literacy in
order to promote on-the-job improvement and to advance
preparation for further study.

A practical basic English course designed for older
adults. The course has a motivational tone and develops
your self-confidence in speaking the English language.

The ESL program is focused on developing the student’s English language proficiency in the area of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The ESL program covers grammar and the necessary tools to develop the ability to communicate in English, especially for work.

ESL Beginning Level I
The students will learn the basic skills and knowledge that enable them to speak effectively, basic vocabulary, rules of punctuation, cursive/manuscript handwriting and rules of capitalization .The student will demonstrate the ability to understand writing communication, choice of effective words, organize information, and understanding patterns and functions of language.
