this class we will be producing a variety of tarts and
teacakes. Furthermore, we will demonstrate classical
and contemporary applications for each

Course covers a variety of quick breads, as well as lean and
rich yeast dough breads. Emphasis is on production steps,
appropriate shaping and baking of products.

Explore the various foods and dishes from each of
the regions that make up the United States, practice
techniques for meal preparation using the foods from
each of those regions and taste what makes the food
