Topics include that innovation needs to be applied to products, services, and processes to increase competitive advantages and add value to businesses. Upon completion, students should be able to apply innovation and creativity principles in the work place.

Duke Executive Education has launched a series of Advanced Leadership Programs in 2007. Based upon the successful Sitkin/Lind Multiple Domain Leadership Model, these new programs are designed build on our existing leadership programs to help individuals refine their personal leadership style and effectiveness by focusing on specific leadership challenges.
