This course will provide students with a comprehensive mastery of HyperText Markup Language (HTML)
coding practices. Additional topics include an understanding and use of XHTML, Cascading Style Sheets
(CSS), and Validation according to the guidelines of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Students will
create an entire Web site using HTML and CSS.

In this course, students examine the basics of foundational web technology and create your own functional web pages using markup languages Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML), and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
