Students begin this 8 hour course upon registration and must complete the class within 2 months for successful completion.

Replacing the LEED AP for Existing Buildings Exam track, this specialty provides a standard for professional participants in the operation and maintenance of existing buildings that implement sustainable practices and reduce the environmental impact of a building over its functional life cycle.
