Explores the process of communication between individuals in relatively informal, face-to-face situations
that occur in family, social, and work groups.

One-to-one communication combined with experiences in verbal and non-verbal interaction. Message preparation, theories of interaction, the role of body language, and other non-verbal communication in effective speech.

Communication practices and principles of public relations. Relate with various publics using surveys, media, writing, and creating events. Establish good relations with employees and community using tried methods. Principles of avoiding and responding to emergencies.
