This is a basic course on environmental legislation and provides an overview of the Environmental Protection Agency and various acts and laws which have been put in place to protect the environment. A brief review of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) rules and legislation regarding the environment are also discussed.

This course explores fundamental legal concepts relevant to environmental issues, including the relationship between statutes, regulations, and court decisions.
