This course provides the student with the tools needed to use the basic features of GroupWise 6.5.

This course introduces you to the GroupWise 7 environment, as well as the fundamentals of working with the application. You will also examine the email functionality in the software, and its accompanying features.

Objectives:
In this course, you will be introduced to the GroupWise 7 environment, and the methods to use GroupWise email for communicating with other users.

In this course, you will learn the basics of using GroupWise to send mail messages and create tasks, notes, and appointments for yourself and others. You will also organize the display and storage location of these items. In addition, by using the Internet, you will learn how to access your mailbox to send and receive mail messages from any computer with an Internet connection.

After learning the material in this tutorial, you will be able to create and track a GroupWise Workflow. You will also learn about the many aspects of the GroupWise library, such as: importing documents, checking out documents, document access, checking the document log and multiple document versions. Finally, you will learn about archiving documents, un-archiving a document, as well as, creating and opening an archive.
