Examines the communication involved in interpersonal relationships occurring in family, social, and career situations. Relevant concepts include self-concept, perception, listening, nonverbal communication, and conflict.

Emphasizes effective business writing and cover letters, memoranda, reports, application letters, and resumes. Includes the fundamentals of business communication and an introduction to international communication.

This course teaches instant messaging functionalities available in Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007, the Office Communications Server 2007 architecture in the Standard and Enterprise Editions, and considerations involved in implementing them.
