Conversation and composition revolve around topics of general interest taken from everyday life. In conversing, students develop pronunciation, intonation, fluency and comprehension skills. Writing fosters practice of familiar terminology mixed with new vocabulary and idioms.

Introduction to modern Russian language. Emphasis on speaking, understanding spoken Russian, reading and writing through multiple approaches including audio, video and computer components. Supporting study of basic principles of grammar.

Our Russian courses are also available for small groups studying together (Two-to-One Russian Course or In-Company Small Group Russian Course). All participants must have the same language needs, be able to study at the same time at the same place and be at the same level. All participants should be booked at the same time. Language Trainers do not recommend group classes of more than 8 students although we can run In-Company Taster Russian Courses with up to 12 people.

Our general one-on-one Russian courses are ideally suited to those with a wide range of needs. Beginner courses typically start with the absolute fundamentals, before moving on to structures and topics that will be most useful for the student. One-on-one general courses grant the student a degree of survival Russian as well as exploring particular areas of study - perfect for those going abroad for any reason, or studying towards a specific exam.

With a one-on-one business Russian course from Language Trainers, you can quickly and significantly improve the effectiveness of your Russian in business communication. Once established business etiquette and salutations have been covered, particular relevant areas of study are highlighted, leading on to the improvement of reading and writing skills.
