The Lodging-Tourism Management concentration prepares students for entry-level opportunities working in positions such as front office, sales, meeting & convention management, and rooms division. The concentration is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Programs in Hospitality Administration (ACPHA).

The Hospitality Management (Culinary Arts) provides all the basics for the beginner and all of the advanced management skills for those who have worked in the culinary field at line-level positions.
