Instruction in teaching all skills and courses in the American Red Cross Learn-To-Swim program, Parent and Child Aquatics, Water Safety Courses, and Longfellow`s Whale Tales. Includes American Red Cross certification. Additional fees are required.

Minimum skills training to qualify individuals as nonsurf lifeguard with certification from the American Red Cross in Lifeguard, First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer. Additional fees required.

Basic level first aid and one-person CPR course intended to provide knowledge and skills necessary to minimize consequences of injury and sudden illness until professional medical help arrives. Special emphasis placed on cause, effect, and prevention in relation to emergency care. Upon successful completion, student is eligible for certification in Standard First Aid by the American National Red Cross.

The Heartsaver First Aid Online Part 1 has been updated to reflect new science in the 2010 American Heart Association Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care, including the 2010 Guidelines for First Aid.
