Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) offers a certificate in Mortgage Banking. To be eligible for this certification, students must satisfactorily complete 96 hours of CPCC Mortgage Banking courses, comprised of the following:

The bank teller is the person most people associate with at their bank. A bank teller’s responsibilities include: cashing checks, accepting deposits and loan payments, and processing withdrawals. Bank tellers make up approximately one-fourth of bank employees and conduct most of a bank’s routine transactions.



For successful employment, it is recommended that students be bondable, have a high school diploma, or GED, and are proficient in English.

All courses are designed for approximately 16 hours of instruction, are available for 6 months, and include a certificate of completion when finished. The courses incorporate visual imagery (photos associated with words and phrases for better retention), native speakers to hear proper pronunciation, language tips, intuitive reading exercises, and interactive assessments to measure your progress and comprehension, and cultural lessons.
