Surveying school training courses in Cedar Rapids, IA (public, in-house or online)

Learn to setup and use basic surveying instruments. Students will measure angles and elevations using digital theodolites. A total station instrument will be used for electronic distance measuring in building layout. This is an introductory level class that will involve primarily hands-on practice in the field.

The Surveying certificate requires 9 semester hours of credit, with a grade of B or better in each course. The following courses are included in the certificate program:
