Have fun and get fit while you are dancing away to salsa and merengue music! This class will teach you basic and some advanced salsa dance moves that you can take to the dance floor...and lose the inches while learning.

Experience belly dancing on a spontaneous, improvisational level. Tribal style belly dance allows a group of dancers to follow a leader using basic dance moves and body signals. This class will teach the ten basic movements of tribal style belly dance, and students will learn how to both follow and lead. Patricia Hoge has over 20 years of experience in belly dancing as a performer and instructor, and currently works with Dances with Scissors, a tribal fusion dance troupe.
