This course provides a comprehensive look at the Cosmetology Laws and Rules for the state of Texas from 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 83 and from Section 1602 of the Occupations Code, Title 9. Topics covered include: licensing requirements, license terms, inspections, fees, responsibilities, administrative sanctions and penalties, and regulations.
