The Mortgage Finance program prepares students for a career in the mortgage finance and/or real estate industry. Students are taught by industry experts and upon completion of the academic requirements are prepared to enter such challenging careers as loan originators or loan processors.

All Broker applicants must have been licensed and working as a salesperson on a full time basis for a minimum of 3 years for the time period immediately proceeding the date of application. Once you have completed the Experience & Education requirements you can apply to the N.J.R.E.C. for approval to take the State Licensing Exam.

ARELLO approved, this four hour module offers real estate professionals insight on what they will see as clients begin to show interest in these new types of renovations. Energy ratings, energy mortgage concepts, and green certification processes are discussed.

Students begin this 4 hour course upon registration and must complete the class within 1 month for successful completion.
