This course aims to give beginning students a practical command of the vocabulary and grammar of the language. Upon completion of this course, students can expect to be able to discuss their daily activities using the simple present, past perfect and future verb tenses. Topics include imperative and interrogative forms, demonstratives, possessives and simple sentence structure.

Building upon the skills studied in Level One, topics include coordinate and subordinate clauses, reflexive verbs, comparatives and superlatives.
