Forklift Safety Format: Online School: Compliance Solutions Venue: Denver Tel.: 1-800-711-2706 As required by 29 CFR 1910.178, operators of Powered Industrial Trucks must complete a specific program of training (including formal instruction, practical training and an evaluation of performance). This course assists in meeting training requirements by providing principles and procedures involved in the safe operation of these vehicles.

CDL Class A TTD 40 Refresher Format: On-site School: Ivy Tech Community College Venue: Anderson, Bloomington, Columbus, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Lafayette, Madison, Nashville, Richmond Tel.: 888-IVY-LINE This is refresher training for students that already have a class A license but either have not used it within a year OR they have less than 1 year of documented driving experience. This program DOES NOT include a road test or permit fees because the student is required to already have a Class A license. The student MUST have a DOT physical and a drug screening to be permitted into a SAGE truck.
