Learn the five basic techniques of Swedish Massage to help reduce pain and stiffness. Discuss requirements for state licensure. Give and receive a massage, under the supervision of a licensed massage therapist. Partner not required, but encouraged.

Learn to restore balance and harmony to the entire body through foot reflexology. This non-invasive modality involves thumb and finger techniques to help open the energy channels throughout the body. Topics include zone theory and basic techniques for performing a foot reflexology session on oneself or a partner.
