In our training courses, we have found that this particular area sparks a lot of interest and participation. The topic of feedback is usually under the radar, when compared to other human skills topics, but, interestingly, has turned out to be one of our more popular courses. Both facets of feedback- giving and taking, requires mutually independent skills. You will learn these skills in our course through theory and exercises.

Conflicts, whether we like it or not, are a part of our lives. Conflicts can fall within a continuum ranging from a discussion to a heated exchange of words (or in some cases, fists!) Successfully learning to manage conflicts will help us in every part of our life.
