Learn to work with master pages and multi-page documents, format text, apply styles, work with threaded text frames, and layers, position and group objects. Print documents, create print presets, and package documents for commercial printing. Prerequisite: Windows Intro or equivalent knowledge.

Build on the fundamentals taught in InDesign CS4 Introduction. Create complex document structures, tint and gradient swatches, and use object libraries and snippets efficiently. Create vector paths and wrap type on a path. Learn advanced typography and composition techniques. In addition, work with graphics, object styles, tables, special characters, and the Story Editor. Prerequisite: InDesign CS4 Intro or equivalent knowledge.

In this course, students will work with some of the tools and features to create eye-catching printed documents using InDesign CS4.
