Practice classic ballet while having fun learning dance techniques that build muscles and strengthen bodies. Dancing improves flexibility, body alignment, and coordination. Your child will be introduced to the history of dance, dance techniques, dance expression, and aesthetic. This session will conclude with a dance performance. No dance experience is required. Uniform: Girls�leotard, tights and ballet shoes. Boys�dark colored sweat pants, white tee shirt and ballet shoes.
