Employers’ Training Resource (ETR) administers workforce training to individuals who qualify in Kern, Inyo, and Mono Counties. LPN to RN Bridge Program students are awarded up to 10 credit hours (3 in general education and 7 in nursing) toward the Associate Degree in Nursing.
