This program prepares students for careers in commercial baking, where they will work in retail deli-bakeries, country clubs, resorts, hotels, and institutional food service operations. Courses can be applied toward the Associate in Applied Science Degree in Culinary and Hospitality Management.

Students in our Hospitality Administration program have the option of studying hotel & casino, restaurant, or travel and tourism management.

The growth of luxury, full-service hotels and the gaming industry means jobs are available nationwide and abroad. PTI offers its Hotel & Casino Management program in two ways: as an in-class program and as an online program. You choose the class format and schedule that best fits your lifestyle and learning style.

All programs are designed to provide the most effective Web-based learning experience. Registration is open enrollment and includes everything students need, including textbooks and trained instructors. Students have 180 days to complete the coursework and will receive a certificate of completion from National University.
