The financial tools and reporting requirements of not-for-profit corporations will be considered. Included will be a detailed review of financial relationships such as endowments, foundations, restricted funds, debt, investments, trusts and cash management. Also, the course considers financial reporting and FASB rules related to such issues as fund accounting, restricted assets and cash flow statements.
