First Aid Procedures course is designed to prepare you for the inevitable emergency situations that arise during your career. It is important that you be prepared to administer first aid when the need presents itself. For the exam, first aid procedures covered in this course include the Heimlich maneuver, stroke, hyperthermia, moving injured victims, and a variety of stabilization techniques.

When you complete this lesson, you will be able to identify the signs of choking, cardiac arrest, heart attack, and stroke.
