He was selected to participate in the Project Management Professional (PMP) Role Delineation Study in Hong Kong representing Malaysia from September 10th to 12th 2004 and from October 21st to 23rd 2004 he was again selected by PMI to participate in the Project Manager Role Delineation Study representing the whole of Asia Pacific region at Anaheim, California USA.
He was selected by PMI in January 2007 and presented a paper entitled Conflict Management in the PMI Annual Congress held in Hong Kong and received very positive feedback from the audience.
He holds the post of Director of Planning in the Project Management Institute, Malaysia chapter for two consecutive terms since 2004.
His major focus is centered in delivering project management training and also course development.
COURSE DETAILS This training covers the fundamentals, and concepts of project management. Participants will also be involved in the process and standard practices. Emphasis on project planning is a key criteria in ensuring project success.
COURSE METHODOLOGY
Lectures, combined with topic discussions shall form the core teaching methods Case studies and group presentation shall be drawn upon past projects in order to familiarize trainees on actual deployed projects based on the environment Experience sharing and exchange of ideas from different projects are also encouraged A final test on trainees based on a 25 question multiple choice exam at the end of the last day Who Should Attend?
